Factory part, updated replacement

This was a direct factory plug-in replacement for my original part. The part number actually superceded the original part for my 2014 Countryman S All4 built in 8/2013.
The price was the cheapest around and free shipping, and replacement was pretty straightforward with the right torx screwdriver and a lot of patience. I did not remove the gearshift to replace, only lifted the console around the gearshift to get at the joystick module.
