Great recording capture
The album of ballads is recorded great. Her best album I think is Look of Love it appealed to me a bit more. Both are A+ just huge dynamic range and lots of PRaT. Pressing is very good in 180g, no skips, tics or pops, deep bass, piano rings, sharp vocals, ambience is captured well, holes centered, perfect shape.
If you're comparing to the CD, the album is more for the critical listener, veil removed, no 16bit digital compression or dithering added to tones. A very high-end CD player is very close at restoring this but is beat in presentation by an average TT but records are rare, higher priced, must be brush bath washed to remove all contaminate noises, careful handling and storage, etc. For the music you love, its worth it.Lire l'avis complet...

this lady sings sultry, the music comes out from the dark, the back-round is quiet you can hear a pin drop. well recorded and boarded. I want all of her albums - here is vinyl maybe better than CD
