Can't insert batteries

So far, I can't get pen to shock. The cardboard shows a picture of the 3 AGC batteries installed, but I can't open the pen to access where the batteries go. I will try again, hoping that pliers (to get a firmer grip) won't destroy the pen when I try to open it.Lire l'avis complet...
