Savoy Brown (without Daryl Hall)

Over the years, Savoy Brown has been one of my favorite bands. And with "Live From Daryl's House" in the title, I thought Daryl Hall and his band would make an appearance also... but not so.
This format is Savoy Brown (with Kim Simmonds handling vocals and guitar) and performing in what appears to be Daryl's House, but without Daryl. And even though Simmonds is somewhat of a lackluster frontman, his guitar licks remain robust.
If you're a Savoy Brown fan, you will most likely enjoy this set. However, if you waiting for the ever enthusiastic Daryl Hall to show up, you may be disappointed.Lire l'avis complet...
