Amazing tale...

Possibly one of the best films I have ever seen. The special effects helped the magic come alive...but the story...the entire story...is something well worth experiencing. Leaves you thinking, which is what any good story should do!Lire l'avis complet

Interesting movie.

The DVD would not play in my Linux operating system but it worked on our Windows machine. It was nice to see the characters from the novel in life like representation. I read the book first and then saw the video. Interesting story.Lire l'avis complet

IMAGINATION.........

The start of this movie had me yawning and wish for sleep.But,as I watched.The imagination of the writers and producers as well as the actors,animals made this movie come alive.It is truly amazing.I'm going to watch it again and again!!!Lire l'avis complet

Great family movie

great family movie although a little disturbing in some parts of the movie for very young children . But for the most part very good.

Not what I expected, and simply could not enjoy.

I like a movie with animals and their interaction with man, but I found this movie nerve-wracking in that it jerked me around from reality to fantasy and back again too many times and the end I was exhausted being glad it was over and being happier that I didn't pay the high price at a theater. One of my favorite movies.

This movie had beautiful cinematography. Very engaging adventure story with a mix of fantasy and life lesson metaphors. Worth the watch.

Great Movie!

Everybody has such different Taste's in movies that who's opinion are you going to take?
If you like deep meaningful movies that make you think outside of the box, this will be a movie for you.
It has a great story line that is both clever and intriguing, with fascinating situations and circumstances!
This is the type of movie that you get more from with each additional viewing.
I thoroughly enjoyed this movie, but that is only my opinion. But I also believe most who watch this movie are bound to find enjoyment in it too!

Good and kept you engaged.

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with the movie. It was very entertaining and though it's not a new release we never saw it before and thought the acting and the content was very good.

Read the book.

The book is better but that is usually the case. If you haven't read the book the movie is a good substitute.
