Very nice printer so far. Lexmark sent an email that said the print head were recalled and sent me a replacement free with new ink . Now that's service. Nice looking, set up was a breeze, printing on both sides is a great feature, only having to replace the ink that you are low on is a great option, fast and fairly quiet. It replaces an HP all in one that was noisy and the ink was outragiously priced, I highly recomend this printer for home use. Beautiful photo quality prints from a flash drive or strait from you camera or phone, as well as from your computer. Good product.Fast shipping.The Lexmark Pro205 All-In-One Is a good home product it does a good overall job as a home based printer I like the wireless remote function it is easy to set up and use.I bought this unit because of the coping of both sides of the paper-the ink is a good quality. The printer can be used with out a computer on most basic functions.We had some problems with multi fax sending and print cartridge errors the tech support has been very good about resolving my problems.The pricing is good. Problems with wireless.

The sealed package arrived but was missing a power cord and usb connection. The print heads didn't work. After an hour on the phone Lexmark sent a replacement part that worked. The complicated procedure to get a new usb cable a power cord was not worth the trouble and I just bought new ones from FRY's to save the hassle. The wireless worked for a while but then went bad after a few days. I will follow up with Lexmark when I have hours of phone time to spare. I bought it for the reasonable price. Printer indicates problems OFTEN when there is none=added steps to print.

I am very disappointed with this printer. Sometimes it prints multiple copies when only programmed for one. It almost always tells me there is a paper jam when there is none. It also often tells me there is an issue with the magenta cartridge--again when there is none. Several times it has told me it cannot communicate with my computer when there should be no problem and I must go through all the steps it tells me in order to begin printing. This printer was recommended by Consumer Reports--I must have a lemon.

This printer is amazing. The features are easy to use, and it processes your commands at lightning speed.
