Simple setup, easy use, good value.

Recently picked this printer up used. I plan on using it for coupons. It was very easy to setup; essentially all that is required is power and a data cable...and even that can be negated via the wireless connectivity. Setting the printer up for networking was as simple as navigating to settings, scanning for a network, and then entering my wifi password to connect. The actual navigation on the unit isn't as smooth as it should be though; sometimes the touch screen does not register very obvious pressure/heat. This could be due to the fact my unit was used. It does it's job wonderfully though, even at default settings.

I've never really had a wireless printer before to serve as a benchmark, although I've used Lexmark printers in the past with no large hassles. This one is no exception to that record.Lire l'avis complet...

Very good printer for the money

I needed a new printer for my small business that could scan with decent resolution and print nice and crisp without a big learning curve. This fit most of my needs. One caveat, if you want to download all the perks of the printer itself onto the printer, the printer will have to have access to your router wireless (I.E. receive signal from router). A bit big and heavy, but excellent quality and easy to use.

I got it used and a bit dusty, however am 100% satisfied with the printer! It's a bit bulky and heavy, but if it's not something you are planning on dragging around much - it's just perfect for it's job. Fast, quiet, and very easy to use.

Wireless connection was streamline and intuitive. Put it in the furthest corner of the room, no wires mess around, and it does it's printing job promptly on command. Scanning is very good too - not only does it scan quickly and with excellent quality, it also sends the image directly onto my computer and opens photoshop for me to edit the image.

I have 2 other Lexmark printers, too, the S305 and the discontinued P315. They all make beautiful pictures, much better than my HP. The documents look great, too. The printer is easy to set up, there's great support from the company, and the choices for printing are numerous. The 605 has an automatic document feeder, unlike the 305, which makes it easy to copy a longer document. There are also several fax apps so I might even be able to make it into a fax machine. (The listing mentioned faxing, though it's not a built-in feature.

The selller was great. I received it very quickly in a sealed box, just as advertised, and in a short time I was printing beautiful pictures and documents.

Because of the support (unlike the HP printers) I would highly recommend this printer. My other Lexmarks are just as good for what they're meant to do (the S305 makes great pictures, too).Lire l'avis complet...

Works well with Windows 8

I downloaded the driver for Windows 8 from Lexmark website in preparation for use with Windows 10 but haven't changed to Windows 10 yet. It works well wirelessly with my computer. The print looks good and I can easily change formats. I am very pleased with this printer.Lire l'avis complet...

Great Value in a Multifunction Printer

The printer is very user friendly. The LCD screen is bright and touch sensitive. The printing is pretty fast to get the first black and white copy. The color copies are a little slower. Overall print quality is excellent. I would definitely buy it again. It burns up black ink at a faster rate than I anticipated. It doesn't hold a lot of paper. Small format is convenient. Lexmark S605

I bought this printer because of the low cost of ink cartridges. Little did I know that they run out quickly and they are not refillable. I wish I had known that fact prior to choosing this printer. The scanner works great, but I had a problem with the WI-FI connection. I was due to my router, but I did get it fixed quickly. Great Value

The reviews were good and so far I can find nothing to complain about. I haven't used it enough to know how the ink usage will go, but so far so good. It has very easy controls and is quite fast, especially for a home office duplex printer. I'm sure you can adjust this in the settings somehow, but when you scan something, it defaults to saving it as a picture file, so be sure to adjust that to pdf for your documents.Lire l'avis complet...

Great value for the money spent!!

I bought this printer because of the user friendly touchscreen interface. I love the fact that it is a touchscreen and that you can actually buy apps to add to your printer to enhance the functionality. The only thing I would say that I dislike about it is that the screen isn't bigger and also the fact that as of right now, i cannot seem to get it to print on both sides of the paper without manually flipping it over (even though the box says it can).
