Baker's classic. Bought original before the "new improved' version is published. Some things shouldn't be touched.

Wonderful book in perfect shape. Arrived promptly. I couldn't ask for more. I always wanted this volume to add to my Lenotre collection.
The must have basics in this book serve as a perfect base for endless creations.
Baking has made incredible progress since this book was written, but the fundamentals don't change. If you have a sound base to build on, the rest falls into place.

Excellent book.

What I liked most was it had a few recipes that are not available anywhere else. Many basic methods and techniques are also explained. It took me many months of using favorite search before I was notified that this book appeared, I would have missed it if I hadn't done that.Lire l'avis complet...
