the m/w sucess

I opened my microwave to discover the hitemp thermostat had a blackened melted terminal. I removed the offending part, installed the new one , and , behold, the m/w worked. It was an enlightening experience...I hope this is the cause of the m/w failure and not some other hidden flaw that caused the part to cook. thanks for the quick, bargain part. Exact Replacement

Thermal fuse was easy to install. Range started working immediately after installing fuse. Can't tell if fuse provides proper protection until it trips.
