Original model is best

There were a few missing pieces and no manual. The Lego website had a downloadable PDF of the manual so that wasn't a problem. The missing pieces were common so my son was able to find them in his vast Lego collection. According to my son, some of the connections were kind of loose but overall, he was happy with this. Apparently, the newer model of this MTT was a downgrade of the older model. The shipping was exorbitant and we should have thought twice but we had lost out on two other bids so we purchased. So grateful

Our son wanted a Star Wars set that was retired for his 12th birthday, but buying it new was $$$ and just not feasible. So we started looking for a used set, which is not easy because our son has very bad OCD which has only skyrocketed with COVID. He was hysterical for days while we were looking for this used lego set, thinking he would get a set that was incomplete or “contaminated”. We decided to purchase through Nenser as his description seemed very professional and we crossed our fingers that it was truly the case. Within minutes of us buying the lego set Nenser contacted us thanking us for the payment, letting us know when it would be shipped the next day and asked if it was for myself or someone else. When I responded it was for our son’s birthday who is a serious Star Wars collector, he responded with warm birthday wishes and even added an additional small build for the birthday boy. So simple, but that gesture was all it took for my son to go from hysterical and anxious to excited, at ease and thankful. The set arrived in pristine condition. He build it without needed to “decontaminate” the set and all of the pieces were there. So a bit TMI, but it made my Husband and I so grateful. Small gestures, kind people really make a difference. Worth adding to your Star Wars lego collection

Like the Republic Gunship, its likeness to the onscreen version shines, and as such, is a great display item. However, bags are not numbered, consequently leaving you sifting through the pieces until you find what you're looking for. I was also missing four pages from instruction booklet 2/2 covering steps 25-29 and 37-40, and mine was purchased new no less. Both booklets were also noticeably ruffled, with booklet 1/2 looking deliberately mangled. Gripes aside though, happy with my purchase.Lire l'avis complet...

Lego Star Wars Set - Episode I Trade Federation MTT

Believe it or not this is the 3rd year my 6 year old nephew, Lucas was asking for the discontinued 2007 Lego Star Wars Episode I Trade Federation MTT set for Christmas. Since we are Ebayers my husband and I were asked by my brother and sister-in-law if there was any way we could help them find this set that hasn't been sold in stores since 2007. They explained that this set was all Lucas wanted and his disappointment the 2 previous Christmases. With Ebay we knew getting this set was possible and the hunt was on. Our nephew had a wonderful Christmas thanks to Ebay and the good people you have selling merchandise. I know nothing about the Lego Set other than it was received complete and offered accurately.
