Solid Set But Not Without Flaws
Lego Star Wars Rebels - The Ghost - Set 75053
Overall the set is good, but I gave it 3 out of 5 stars and will explain why.
Build:
The build itself was pretty fun. There are a few stickers but I didn't find them particularly difficult to apply or align neatly. There are a few printed pieces as well. The build took me approximately 3 hours to complete.
Mini Figs: (-1 Star)
Not really sure why it comes with a single storm trooper. Feels out of place to me. It is disappointing the set doesn't come with rest of the crew. Even if you purchase the Phantom companion set, you will still be missing Sabine mini fig.
Companion Set Interaction:
The Phantom (Set 75048) is the companion set that goes with the Ghost. It is pretty cool how the Phantom docks on the back of the Ghost like it does in the TV series. For purists, I will let you know the Phantom does dock in the opposite direction that it does in the show. That doesn't bother me but it may bother some. Fortunately I can say it connects perfectly. It isn't difficult to remove the Phantom off the Ghost and I don't find that it falls of either. You will definitely want the Phantom if you purchase the Ghost. There is a co pack that comes with both sets in one box as well (66512).
Play-ability: (-1 Star)
It's difficult for me not to compare this set to the any of the Lego Millennium Falcon sets. For anyone that owns a Falcon; you will probably understand what I mean by "the play ability of the Falcon sets is mostly interior play". The Ghost is completely opposite, most of the play is exterior in value. There isn't much going on inside the ship. The detailing and functionality is mostly exterior. I'm subjecting a star due to the size of the set and lack of interior play. I was hoping for a little more ship interior to be able to interact with.
The Ghost to be pretty sturdy and easy to pick up and handle, unlike most of the Falcon sets. I've read a few reviews where folks complained the back engines fell off easily but I've yet to experience that.Lire l'avis complet...

Bulky Set with lots of value
The ship is quite large, so if you have the space to store or display it, it can be a great centerpiece. The ship also has quite a lot of play value, so grab all your jedi and clone troopers and head into battle!Lire l'avis complet...

Grandson`s present
Don`t know anything about this kind of stuff. Grandson is 15 years old and has been wanting this for ~5 years. He was really excited when he finally got it.

A set to get before it vanishes
Beautiful set, a few minor irks, like the back half of the turret being exposed, and the chin turret being very sloppy in the play, but otherwise a faithfully reproduced set from the show. Easily fully crewed with other figures (the Phantom and Phantom II, depending on season), and, the aforementioned ships, both of them, can still dock with the Ghost. Well done, Lego. Lego Ghost
The set is amazing. Could use a remake but it still displays well. The figures are really good and highly sought after.

Great used item
This product showed up in great shape, considering that it's used and was opened.
One tiny little brick was missing, but it was a common piece, of which we had many extras.

love these sets
It's a dope Lego set- lots of playability and room for minifigs. Would highly recommend for kids in general or star wars fans of the Rebels TV show.
