On time but box damaged

I received the product but upon receiving, the box was damaged. The box it was shipped in was intact but the product box, itself was crushed on many sides. It seems to be intact. I haven’t opened it yet because it’s for a Xmas gift. Just would’ve liked a clean box. Lire l'avis complet...
