An enjoyable toy
I have really come to love and enjoy the Lego trains. They have so many neat details.
I hadn't built any of the holiday sets, so I thought I would try this one out. I was very impressed with the thoroughness that the Lego designers put into the detail..............right down to including how to add the power functions so that it will go around the included track by itself.

Great fun for the kids!
We bought this train to put it around our Christmas tree. My 4 year old, 8 year old, my wife and I built it in a little over an hour and everybody had a blast.

It's a great, must have piece for any LEGO Holiday Village
A well put together set that is perfect for any LEGO Holiday Village. It is the centerpiece of my village and ties everything together. Good addition to a Christmas village display
I saw this on EBAY, and (already knowing how big Lego parts are) I noticed it was pretty close to the right scale to fit into a Christmas village display I already had. (It will also provide some fun in building it when this Christmas comes around, too:). Perfect for winter village/around the tree
Super cute and all the small details that give it character.
Works really well when you add the power functions. Sadly lego is retiring the power functions in replace of the powered up. But the train is good size and the rear caboose can hold two minifigs.
