Fun time = Lego "City House" !!!

I got this at a very reasonal price, NEW-sealed, only at eBay!
It has an open backside so I can play indoor with the 3 minifigs without having to remove the roof-top floor or second floor like those Lego CREATOR 3-in-1 houses, a big plus.
Since it is 3-story high, it is heavy on the house side, light on the garden side. So I have to be very careful if I pick it up because the whole thing is on one of those "flexible" base-plate, a minus. I guess, if it were a stiff base that size, it would be very expenisve.
I wish Lego will make more minifig outfits because the 3 minifigs are wearing the SAME OLD outfits as in a "million" other lego sets!!
Oh, the clever tree house is sooo cute & fun.
And I made the small spare room at the top floor into a loo.
I am 30+, alright, 60+, and I love this "City House" & am having a FUN time with it. Since it is retired, my advice is to buy it if you encounter one.Lire l'avis complet...

As Expected

All in all as expected. We were short a couple really small pieces, that luckily we had extra from many past builds, so harm no foul. Item came quickly as promised and looks great.
