Item was open box. It was in almost new condition. The battery box did have battery acid leak but cleaned it up and it works great. Better price than if I had purchased new.

Quality Smart Lock!

Unreliable

The item that I purchased was se.t to me with missing screws and the incorrect keys to fit the door lock. A picture would not show the wrong keys to fit the lock.

Great Product for Elderly

We got this for my Dad and hooked it up to Alexa since it is hard for him to get around. Now he can lock and unlock the door easily.

Good exterior finish, poor internals. Screen and motor need to be revamped

Lock is very loud compared to the Kwikset 620. Touch screen is finicky and cumbersome, I preferrer physical buttons.
