Double Power-Ups

This game is bautiful but it is not very difficult. It is perfect for casual gameplay.
Like other Kirby games, this one has some of the best graphics and audio on the system. The characters are impressively well-rounded and smooth for an N64 title.
If you have played any of the other Kirby games, you will fight the same general boss battles where you spew objects the boss inevitably donates to you.
You can combine two powerups to create a super power-up like exploding ninja stars and spike boomerangs.
Save states and a silent storyline make it possible to play the game on and off for years without feeling rushed to complete it.

Great for anyone! Especially beginners.

I would HIGHLY recommend this games to beginners. It has a very gentle learning curve. Great for kids or someone new to video games. My wife loves it because it is not as complex as some other games in terms of controls. It's also just a great game!Lire l'avis complet...

Kirby 64 - above average game, great for Kirby fans

For Kirby fans, this game is an excellent experience concerning the new powers. The freedom to experiment and create power combinations is very enjoyable, and many powers have distinct advantages over others. In fact, there are about 3 power combinations that make the rest of the game rather simple, provided you can hang on to them through the obstacles. Some parts are definately more difficult than others, but none of the game is impossible. For that reason this game is fun for all ages, but better for the younger ages. The game has an average replay value, as there is a "complete ending" for collecting every crystal in the game, but nothing left afterwards.

There are also several basic multi-player games, but don't get too excited: they're nothing like actual Kirby. It's the kind of thing you might see in a Mario Party game (in fact, you HAVE seen some of them in Mario Party). If you're hoping for a multi-player Kirby, you'll be better going back to the SNES version.Lire l'avis complet...

Nostalgia at its best

It’s been a good 15 years since I’ve played this game as a youngster, and jumping back in to it was a total gem and a wonderful experience. Unlike Xbox or playstation games, I personally find Nintendo’s game selection to hold relevance and fun gameplay regardless of how many years fly by. I have been looking for this game everywhere and finally found it here! It got to my house quickly, and I was SO excited when I popped it into my 64. Works like a charm, and is an absolute beauty!

Love thus game! My husband and i prefer the older game systems and this game is an absolute gem! We have fun and it cracks us up! A good time!

Kirby!

I had the best time playing this again! Oh the sweet 90s nostalgia. In this game, you're kirby helping to find in each world the chrystal shrards that have been lost. You can morph into so much fun stuff by inhaling 1 item or by combining 2 items to make a more powerful (or hilarious) kirby. My favorite combination is ice and electricity to make a refrigerator. It's not a great weapon, it's just cute to watch him shoot food out. I'm so glad I have this game again. It was an awesome buy and it got here pretty quick.Lire l'avis complet...

All I can say is..

This game is an alright game, personally I find it very easy.

PROS:
Videos are nice, Kirby can combine to make two abilities (Super cool!), 3 Very fun minigames.

CONS:
Game is is pretty much a platformer for the N64 ; which means you can go two ways (Forward and Back, but you can't go too far back) which makes it pretty easy to win.

In conclusion, this game is a beautiful game if you're buying it for your young one, but if you are older, I doubt you'll find this game any fun, unless you liked the Kirby from old NES.Lire l'avis complet...

Great game just a little easy

The soundtrack is nothing special, the game play is simplistic, and kind of a knock off of super Mario 2d play style. Yet still a fun game to play with Kirby’s abilities.
