A fantastic caper!
When I first saw this movie, going by the title, I didn't have any idea what to expect! I had the title, the fact one of my favorite actors; Eric Stoltz was in it and that is was written by Roger Avery(usually teamed with Q. Tarantino); I saw it and was enthralled!! It just has a way of grabbing you and taking you along, albeit, kicking and screaming! The reason for the heist is great but once you see that Stoltz is clearly the only real professional and that for the others, it is just something to do, you wonder how he got mixed up previously and why he would work with them again! Great film!Lire l'avis complet...
Killing Zoe
This is one of my all time favorite films! Imagine a cross between Resevoir Dogs & True Romance, taking place in the dirty, drug-filled backstreets of France, with the story tweeked a bit to fit the sleezy characters (some of which always make an appearance in Tarantino's movies, if only by name), and you get one hell of an awesome movie. It gets better every time I watch it!Lire l'avis complet...

There will be blood!
The blood, remember the blood. It is not just the heisters who carry pathologies, but the pathogens and other such things in all the blood splashed around. It adds an extra dimension to this flick that really turns it up a couple of notches and makes it even more worth seeing. Especially potent when it first came out, btw. And if you're a big Eric Stoltz from way back join the Club!Lire l'avis complet...
