I have used these switches for years. They are relatively easy to mount. With the cost and unreliability of old British motorcycle switches they are a cheaper and more reliable replacement than the stock items. Buy that brand only!
The switch is well-built! makes contact every time it is pulled out. I bought a cheaper low-quality one prior. The low quality one was hit-or-miss even when fully engaged. Save yourself the headache! great for my hot rod with a floor mounted master brake cylinder.
simple to install, with more options than a release type switch, and more trustworthy than an inline hydraulic switch.

Not a robust design
I bought this switch because the reviews were good. Well, the one I got is worthless. I did not even get to mount it on my bike. It disintegrated in my hands the very first time I pulled on it. An inexpensive devise that works very well and can go about anywhere!
Works as it should. Trying to install it as brake light switch on a 1933 Chevy has been a bit of a challenge due to the location it must be in. Happy with the switch as I think it will do the trick!
