The instrument arrived unregulated. That is to say, the regulation screws had not been adjusted so that the keys worked properly to open and close the holes. So the whole bottom octave wouldn't work. I'm not expert enough to do this myself, so I had to return the instrument.Lire l'avis complet...

My Wife was so happy she received her flute... Looks great and sounds fantastic :)
