The book has 182 pages of recipes and has black and white and color photos scattered throughout the recipes. There are brief historical articles amongst the recipes which are delight to read. The book has a section on drinks and outdoor cooking along with the typical sections most cookbooks have. Don't be surprised to find a recipe from Miss Mary Bobo's Boarding House.
