Unable to hear incoming call alerts
It does filter some noise and conversations can be heard through the headphone/earplugs. The down side is that call alerts don't come through the headphones but through the phone speaker. If the earplugs are in your ears any outside noise blocks out the phone ringer so you don't hear an incoming call. Tried a replacement set with the same results.
