I bought this movie because it is still one of the best summer blockbusters that I have seen to date. Even though the technology is a little lax compared to what is out there now, the plot is WAY better than some of those other movies today where the main focus is trying to have the best special effects. I "GOT ME ONE OF THOSE"!!!

I love this movie. It should be played EVERY 4th of July. I love the wide screen version over my VHS version with a stretched picture.

Independence Day DVD

This is an excellent movie with many great special effects. I definitely recommend this movie. I have watched it several times.

i seen the movie on tv and i realy wanted it the dvd is a realy good dvd theres nothing that i dont like about the dvd
