I got this for my sister after her husband was diagnosed with a gluten allergy. We had no idea gluten was in EVERYTHING. This book has become a staple in her kitchen. She had no idea where to start. When I got this book in the mail I took it straight to her house. She hasn't stopped using it since. The book is amazing and the recipes are fantastic.
