It's fun, but...

Now, I am a semi-fan of light gun shooters, but I'm disappointed that the blood in this game is green and not red. I am very picky to save all the civilians.

One of my favorites HOTD2

House of the Dead 2 is a classic, I have always been a huge fan of the Resident Evil series so actually holding a gun in my hands and blowing Zombies away was just the right antidote for me. The ONLY downfall with House of the Dead 2 is that in order to really enjoy this game, you need to have the gun, and if you have a plasma or LCD tv then the gun does not work. So it is either downgrade your tv back to the old glass screen or don't play it with the gun. Sorry folks, it is sad but true. I was surprised when I got my plasma and the gun didn't work. I could play it with the regular controller but it is just not the same. If you have the old style tv then you're all set to blow away some zombies...with the gun!Lire l'avis complet...

House Of The Dead 2

It’s an awesome arcade shooter that transfers well to the home console. Nostalgia at its finest! Super fun game to play with others or solo! Overall an awesome game!!

Best way to play your favorite arcade game !

HoD2 was my favorite arcade game growing up and for about playing on the Dreamcast is just as great as playing in those movie theater arcades growing up.

Great game, definitely a buy for your Sega Dreamcast

The House of the Dead 2 has always been a fun arcade shooter. Running through automated scenes and original character animations with zombies and creatures coming at you makes this game what it is. The horror aspect comes in slightly due to the fact that you're expecting zombies to come at you, but you don't know where from. The game is challenging and fun all at the same time and I definitely recommend it to any Sega Dreamcast owners.Lire l'avis complet...

House of the Dead 2 (Dreamcast)

I bought this game as a birthday gift for my sons, 12 and 14. I ended up playing it, having loved it as an arcade game. It is literally the only video game that I would spend time playing; the action and gore are so realistic!! The only silly thing is when a character answers his phone while being chased by the reanimated dead. It is a toss up regarding whether to use the laser guns (which I feel make it more real) or the controller to play.

Great game especially if you are an Arcade Shooter Fan!

I am a huge House of the Dead fan. I've always loved going to the local arcades as a kid and play House of the Dead. When it first came out for Dreamcast with a gun I bought it immediately. Over time my disc got so scratched up that I was unable to play it for many years. But a few weeks ago I was like "I should check eBay and see if anyone is selling theirs for the dreamcast". I had already purchased part 2 and 3 for the Wii and Overkill for the Wii. But I wanted an excuse to hook up my dreamcast again. LOL

I love playing it on both systems. So if you like Action games, Zombie games and first person shooters then this game is for you! It is EXTREMELY FUN!
