Fantastic view of Provencal life.
Humurous book; you will not be able to put it down! View of life in the French countryside by an English author with a classic dry sense of humor. A must read.

The Delicious Food, Scenery, and Personalities Abound in Provence, France
This delightfully charming PB novel takes place primarily in Provence, France. The lead character has a midlife moment and quits his advertising job based in London. He moves to France to purchase and renovate an abandoned building to make it into a boutique hotel. He unexpectedly meets a practical, lovely woman who helps renovate him and the derelict building.
