Same part numbers, one inferior one what I expected?

I installed one that had several prongs which had to be aligned perfectly and inserted into the base. I bent the s1 prong which broke the circuit board connection. I ordered the exact same model, but it was different and didn’t have the extending prongs to align. I installed it without any problems. I am confused why they were so different, the part numbers on the boxes were the same.

Good Price with Good Features

Just replaced my brand new Lenox thermostat with this Vision Pro thermostat. Had plenty of problems with the Lenox maintaining the set temperature.

The Vision Pro thermostat does a good job of maintaining the set temperature.

It is easy to program and has a lot of good features that I use. It lacks any good documentation on the installer set up features as the latest PDF information is not current for some of the set up choices.

As I have a dual fuel set up with a heat pump and oil backup, I was forced to use the COMFORT setting (even though the manual says that it is not an option) instead of the DROOP (spelled correctly) setting.

I set the DROOP setting to 2 degrees so that the backup heat would come on when the thermostat was set two degrees higher than the room temperature and found out that the thermostat makes the call as to whether or not the backup heat will come on. When set to COMFORT the backup heat often times comes on just to maintain the current setting.Lire l'avis complet...

Works perfect

This redlink device does exactly what it is supposed to do... Converts a non-wifi thermostat into a wifi one (only if the thermo is redlink compatible)
Very happy and easy to use.

Older Honeywell thermostat

I have four of these and they are WiFi connected and monitored. Working exceptionally well and not hard to set up and program. This gives me great zone control for my home when I am away. Can warm or cool in advance of my arrival. Can be programmed weekly and vacation schedule. I don’t use that because my travel is not on a set schedule. I run the house from my smartphone. R model is NOT WiFi
