They installed this Thermostat when it came time to getting a new burner over 7 years ago. Not one iota of trouble. Well, not until my son got angry with me and fried it in the microwave. I don't think I even changed the batteries over 7 years. I just ordered a replacement and received it in the mail today. It's up and running already. No hassles no problems no glitches. I had one of these for years and years and no having issues at all! Plus it comes with battery in case that energy outage. And as soon I change to newer technology my issues started
