Clever way to instruct a beginner, so many recipes I do not think I will ever get to most of them. I started with an easy one and it was so easy to do. Thank you!

This is one of the best books on home cheese making. I have read a lot of them and it is very good. Lots of recipes and plenty of pictures. Very well written book.

Excellent book for the Beginning Home Cheesemaker

The recipes are easy to follow and make cheesemaking a simple procedure with a delicious outcome. The book gives an easy outline, and a variety of recipes to make whatever cheese you would like. I had checked the book out at the library to see if it was any good, then I had to buy one! I think it would have been interesting to have a recipe where you do not have to buy a starter- such as using buttermilk to start some cheese.
