This product does exactly what it is supposed to do without the clutter or hassle of external connection to a mobile device. It is lightweight and accurate. I suggest you be sure to get model PDM-100B instead of PDM-100A, which does not include the exercise time function. I find using the exercise time motivates me to move more than the step counting function. The only drawback is that the surface is a little slippery, so it is easily dropped. Good product for the money
This is a very nice, easy-to set up pedometer, once you decipher the set-up instructions printed in tiny letters. That is why I gave it only four stars.
