Great for Beginners
My mom and I are using this a few times a week. She is about 15 lbs overweight, and I'm zero overweight but want to tone & tighten. This series works for both of us. Some of the moves are tough to follow at first, but SeanT starts with easy basics so I can always just fall back to the easy basics when needed. After one month my mom can make it through a 25 min workout & I can do about 45 min. This DVD series works well for beginner to intermediate exercisers in my opinion.Lire l'avis complet...

Its only exercise
The idem I received is not what is pitcher here. All I received was two DvD's of not so great quality. Hey but for five dollars, what could I really expect. They are watchable and it's only exercise.
