Mobile app for viewing doesnt work unless you re Tech Geek

This DVR works fine and looks good quality, but unless you're an experienced technician, try a more recent model. Why ?

1) Support for viewing the camera using your phone is not included, you need to upgrade the firmware, and it is not easy to find such firmware.

2) Once you upgrade the firmware, still any mobile app for remote viewing of the cameras work

3) Viewing camera from the PC is possible, but you need a Chrome extension called EI TAB

4) You can view cameras using a RTSP protocol and opening ports on your router and then using a mobile app called VXG
