Better then it ever was.

I haven't seen this movie in 20 years. I still have a copy of this, on VHS. I saw it one day listed at random, and had to get it. The blu-ray version is ok, but it's 1980's animation. I think I would have been just as happy with the DVD copy of it. Still a great movie, if you get into this kind of flick. Can't sit and watch it with the kids, that's for sure.Lire l'avis complet...

Heavy Metal Blu Ray

Great movie from the 80's! Soundtrack is awesome! Great to see the creators discussing all the old animation techniques in the bonus features section of the Blu Ray.

Heavy Metal Movie

Good ol' Heavy Metal! What a great animation and a hoot to watch. Good rock soundtrack, too. I saw it when it hit theaters long ago and enjoyed it as much now as then. You haven't seen it? Get it.

This movie is totally great. The music is groovy. The animation is off the charts.
I saw this movie on tv movie channel and ordered the same day.
As soon as I got it. It was on I couldn't watch it quick enough.

Very pleased with my order

I went to see this movie when it first came out and loved it! The animation and the soundtrack are amazing! The story is wonderful and funny at times. Great classic heavy metal soundtrack as well.

My opinion of the movie and the disc

I have seen this movie many times and this blue ray is far and away the best I've ever seen it. Color and clarity were amazing.
