Helps with sinusitus

This product is pretty good for my circumstances. I have had bad sinuses for a long time and the cleansing feeling from the irrigation helps them feel better.

pump is worthless

no pressure, set it to highest setting and barely had enough pressure to force water out the nostril.
Pump sounded like a plastic toy.
