SinuPulse Elite - basic and over priced
From reading many exceptional reviews for SinuPulse Elite I concluded this has to be a good product. However after purchasing this unit and testing it I believe this unit is overrated. And it commands an unwarranted high price for what you get. The unit is very basic, and is made from low cost materials, no doubt to minimize cost and maximise profits. The plastic is thin gauge, you would want to treat it with care. The nossels that are supplied are interesting. I'm not sure how many people find the tongue scraper/back of throat sprayer useful, I use my tooth brush for cleaning my tongue. The misting head is a laugh, the spray pattern is so wide that any mist becomes water again as it contacts the nearest surfaces being only mm inside the nose instead of misting into the sinuses. Theres a button for stopping the flow on the handpiece but this just stalls the pump instead of controlling pump speed electronically. Pump speed is controlled by a dial on the unit, which is inconveniently placed to close to the base of the unit, the unit can be fastened to the wall which could give better hand room for turning the knob which requires quite a bit of finger strength to turn. The plastic speed knob is also too shallow to allow decent grip where wet fingers may struggle to turn it. In my view the design could be improved in a number of ways. However basic the unit is, it does provide a steady flow of water to the nostrils for sinuses treatment which is what is needed. The reality is though, that any pump and water container can do this job and possibly at a third of the price of this unit.Lire l'avis complet...

Love the SinuPulse!
Absolutely amazing. My sons were both on medication for allergies and were able to stop taking them. We have used the Sinupulse Nasal System for years and just upgraded to the Elite. I tell everyone I know with sinus issues about the machine and how well it works! SinuPulse is a Little Better Than the Previous Methods I Tried
I started with the Neti Pot, which worked OK, progressed to the NeilMed sinus rinse bottle, and now have the SinuPulse irrigation system. Each of these is better than the one I used before it. The SinuPulse is just a bit better than the rinse bottle because it has a steady, controllable pressure that is not as easy to get with the rinse bottles. Good bye to sinus problems !
I have been plagued with sinus issues for many years. Just got tired of going on decongestant's and antibiotics every time I get a sinus infection. Did some research and learned about this item, I never even knew such an item was available. Started using it daily now, especially with all the shrubbery in bloom. This is amazing! No more pills, no more urgent care visits. So far I've only used it on #2 pulse, but I'm getting excellent results already. Very easy to use and I like the packaged saline rinse. You can fill the tank with distilled water and just add the packet and shake it a bit to dissolve.

Quality of device.
May be a little frágile but nevertheless práctical enought. I had used this device I think is less effective then I expect. Because the principal función of the appliance is so simple I tought about LCD display what some kind of camera in which you can see the sinus cavity. This machine works miracles
I suffer from chronic sinus infections for years now (strangely just on one side), but so badly, that my ear pops. I just received this machine a few days ago, so I cannot say anything as to its longevity, but this machine cleared me up better than anything else before, and it is way more comfortable to use than a netti pot (which I dread). Fast, effective and minimal discomfort (because, let's face it, cleaning out your sinuses is never a pleasant experience). Works for sinusitis and nasal infection.
I have dealt with sinusitis for the last 40+ years and most recently a nasal infection. ENT dr recommend I purchase this product. It has helped with all the yuck!
