Shallow depth accuracy?

If I can't touch bottom with my 9 ft fly rod I know that repeated readings on the Hawkeye showing 6 ft depth is not accurate. I have reason to believe that in deeper water the device is probably more accurate. Because of these inconsistencies I'm not sure yet that I can recommend the Hawkeye.Lire l'avis complet...

Seems to work, seems to be pretty accurate. Time will tell, so far so good.
