Worth the money! Great product, easy handling, good value!
I love this phone! I was looking for something affordable, but durable and worth my money. This phone has it all, and if you get a good plan with Virgin Mobile, you can take your work with you on the go. This phone has helped me stay up to date with my work, even when I'm on the go or away from my desk. I appreciate the features that this phone has. The only thing I don't like that much is the battery life. When using the internet or apps for a prolonged amount of time, the battery runs out pretty fast. When using just normal phone features however, it lasts anywhere from two to three days on one charge. I recommend this phone!Lire l'avis complet...
Good phone just not great!
The phone is OK but they should not advertise it as 4GB. ICS (Android 4.0) takes up over 3GB of that space so in actuality you only have 900MB or so of usable space. The processor easily can get bogged down so make sure that you do not have too many background items running simultaneously. I have come to find that sometimes it will run out of available memory and force close items. Another thing sometimes when you attempt to place a call it will stall for a long time before connecting. I mean like minutes, not seconds! I like the phone better than my previous smartphone (Galaxy S). It fits nice in hand and is very lightweight. The one very thing that I really wanted the phone for was the Dropbox extra storage! When synced with any One series HTC phone Dropbox gives you 23 extra GB for free for 2 years! The beats audio enhancement would have been better if it were offered for use with the internal speaker not just anything plugged into the 3.5mm jack.

Good Value for money, however not as powerful as other smartphones
It only has a single core processor, so it's not the greatest ever. For this reason it has slightly less features than other more powerful smartphones. However, it performs well for a single core. It doesn't have 4g, so browsing the web when not on wi-fi is fairly tedious. If beats audio sounds like a reason to buy this phone, forget it. Beats audio only annoys you buy constantly changing the volume of your music. Right before a great breakdown of an Of Mice and Men song, the beats audio lowers the volume and ruins it. During your favorite part of a Skrillex song, it lowers then raises the volume over and over again which is very annoying. Luckily you can turn it off. The camera is OK, passable but don't throw out your digital camera, if you look closely you can kind of see pixels on the pictures you take. Zoom in and you can really see pixels. Other than that it's a great phone. Slim and light, the screen is about the same size as an iPhone 5. Removable storage allows you to add up to 32gb of memory. Good value for money. Virgin mobile has the best deal on Smartphones. $35/month gets you unlimited text and web and 300 voice minutes. They run on Sprint's network so reception is decent. I bought it as a gift for my boyfriend who uses Virgin mobile and needed a new phone. I got it because it was the best for it's price range in speed, internet connectivity, interface, practicality, and ease of use. He says it fits right in his hands and it's super light weight. The only thing we disliked is how hard it was to set up but that was due to an error with Virgin mobile. Great phone for transitioning from non-Android device.
I love this phone! I just upgraded from the LG Rumor Touch so to me this is like a Cadillac or Jaguar. The apps are great. The screen does all kinds of neat things. There are only a couple of things that bug me - 1) Held in the vertical position, the keyboard is really narrow. Fortunately I have a stylus that comes in really handy for just this problem; and 2) Battery life stinks. I need to get a car charger so that if I'm out all day shopping or what have you I don't end up with a dead phone. Other than those two items, I can't really say anything bad about the phone. I guess now that I've had it for about a week I really should read the manual; I'll probably find out about things I have no idea I can do with this phone. For someone who isn't used to really tech-y kind of things, it's an ideal phone -- especially if you're coming over from a non-android product and are new to all the gizmos and gadgets available on today's phones. I can't compare it to other android phones because this is my very first, but as far as I'm concerned, this is the best thing I could have spent my money on (especially since I got it for far less than retail!!)Lire l'avis complet...
Great bang for your buck! Very nice midrange phone! HTC is on its way back
A very reliable phone if you are looking for a mid-range Android phone. The video & camera are excellent. You can record video & take pictures at the same time. Most smartphones can't do this but HTC One V can. If you like to run multiple apps on your phone this would not be the phone for you. But if you run 1-2 apps then this phone works great! I would recommend to a friend. You can't beat the price for a phone with the latest Android software. Its very light weight & has a sturdy feel to it. I wish they would have added a Duo Core processor & atleast 1 GB of Ram. This would have been a excellent phone. I love how HTC put its on spin on its Android software which makes it look different then most Android phones. I love this phone. It does so many things my old phone didn't. I has enough memory for me to keep open my twitter, email and message applications. It is easy to use and just as stated in the ad.

This is an amazing phone, it has enough memory to download several apps, it is easy to use, it is affordable and the best thing is that you don't have to have a contract with Virgin Mobile. Phone completely died in three days
Bought this phone brand new in box. Activated the phone loved it. Worked for three days then would no longer hold a charge. The phone completely died on me! I called virgin mobile and they were completely aware of this situation, they said they have a update they could have sent to me that usually works but since they one no longer holds a charge it will not power up again. They now are sending me a refurbished phone because I placed my order through e bay with a vendor who does not take returns. At least I get a phone after paying my hard earned money on junk, we will see how the new phone works. I wish I saw a review on this subject or virgin mobile could have given me the update when I activated. The problem is the battery cannot be removed this is a known issue they shouldn't be selling the phone. This is my second VM phone they were both junk I won't be using virgin mobile after this new refurbished phone dies which I expect won't be long.Lire l'avis complet...
Great product. Cannot say enough good about it.
Bought this phone for my son who is a music enthusiast. I checked with Virgin Mobile and told them I love my phone (another product), and sound is okay, but only had ADEQUATE sound with headphones. They recommended the HTC One V that has Beats. I ordered it, and he loves it. The sound is definitely the best I've heard coming from a small instrument. It has all the features he loves, including a flashlight, and other handy features. So glad we purchased this phone. Videos are clear and not distorted. No dropped calls.
