FINAL Review 2 Stars

Although I received this item a few weeks ago, I came down with a nasty cold which prevented me from using this printer sooner. Today however, I needed to print a nine-page document so I used this item for the first time. All went well printing the first six pages. But page seven jammed. I cleared everything and was successful at printing the last three pages. I’m hoping that this paper jam is not indicative of problems to come. Will update if further problems occur. I should also add that the product was securely boxed and the printer appeared to be in excellent condition. UPDATE: 3-31-19 This printer prints all my typed documents perfectly. No problem. BUT when I try to print copies of my many photos, they come out all streaked and totally unusable. Very disappointed. Will have to lessen the original stars given in my previous review. Linux Friendly!...this is a good buy for all-in-one with wireless

I'm a linux guy so I dont know anything about MS compatibility.

It took some research (and command lines) to get hardware/software up and running. The scanner, copier, and printer all work at the level of a $69 inkjet :) The print quality is good but you ll be twiddling your thumbs, as the HP prints about 5 PPM. Take your large volume print jobs to work :)

I connected to Wireless in less than 2 minutes - I proceeded to put the usb cable into the closet.

The Black finish, which helps in updating my room decor, matches my speakers and monitor.

The price was right and the performance should be typical HP - I have a 932C that still works - 10 years later.

I've got a feeling the replacement ink (HP 60) will cost more than I expect to pay, but we all know thats how HP makes the scrill.

The bottom line, part 2, is that the printer is better than I expected...lots of value for the money.

Peace.

Very good value in a wireless printer

Purchased this to replace a non-wireless Canon printer. For $50 it is an excellent value if you just need a basic printer that is not real fast. It was easy to connect to my wireless network, the print quality is good, and while basic, it does have features such as remote printing via the Internet, scanning, and some apps that can be downloaded to it. I've been very pleased with this printer so far.Lire l'avis complet...

Paper feed lid/cover was not secured to the printer and had broken side swivels. Other issues I had to figure out. Poor packaging. It works, finally.

Had trouble getting drivers and printing to function on line, initially. Worked them out. So far it prints OK, will see how much longevity it has after a while.

HP Photosmart D110a All-In-One Inkjet Printer

This printer is great! The wireless printing is awesome, I can be anywhere in my house with my laptop and I can print out whatever I'd like by pressing a key. It has so many features...to name a few, aside from wireless printing, it is also capable of scanning, and copying. As well as printing via email, and from your cell phone! I have yet to print from my phone but I look forward to using that feature. I definitely recommend this printer to anyone who needs a quality printer for everyday use and more. It was a great price as well.Lire l'avis complet...

Great Pritner

I have one and bought one for my nephew, they are so easy to set up and never had a problem with printing.
The best feauture is that you can print wireless!!!! I love how easy it is, you can be far away and no problems. When I shut it off for week at a time, it picks up my wireless signal with no problem when I turn it back on. Its lightweight, doesn't take up a lot of space. Can print pictures right from the SD card and make copies if needed. The ink cartridges are reasonable and easy to replace. I suggest buying the XL ink, lasts alot longer.
Great Product!!!!!

Prints good except makes loud noises when printing

This is the same printer I had, so it was easy to set up. Prints well, except once in awhile when printing it make this God awful sound, loud and sorta scary at the same time. You don't know what it is and if it will continue to print. But it still does and the thought of it quitting again is something I don't want to think about. I thought about sending it back but then what? It prints, so bottom line, I guess I keep it.Lire l'avis complet...

What is there to say? If you buy, you pay, and pay, and pay!

Like ALL of the product offerings from HP these days, this is another update of an existing machine, juiced up a little with wi-fi capability, and of course necessitating the purchase of HP ink cartridge refills. The basic features of this machine meet the minimum standards required merely by being competitive in a very crowded market. The major incentive for purchasing this machine is that the number of negative issues EXPERIENCED is slightly lower than the negative issues described by the owners of other brands. At the bottom line, if you attempt to refill the cartridges yourself, despite the fact that the United States Department of Commerce has passed legislation mandating that these printers actually WORK if OEM cartridges are NOT used... you will experience endless difficulties with the setup and operation of this HP machine if you refuse to buy, and insert, their ink cartridge replacements, for which will you will pay at the rate of approximately $550.00 per gallon for HP ink! If you call that fair, I have a bridge in New York City I would like to sell you!Lire l'avis complet...

I love it!!

Excellent printer for home-use! Works great as a wireless printer. I was even able to print from my ipod. Photo prints are good, not great but excellent if you want a print on the go. Yes, it is a little loud, but all printers are. Looks very sleak, and it even has sd/duo card slot which is especially helpful to me since I own a sony camera. To install this printer wireless is suuuper easy. I never even used a usb cable. It automatically found my router and you just enter your password on your screen. Easy to use and it has links to apps like PBS, Disney, etc so you can print games and other cool stuff for your kids.
Overall it is an awesome printer for home-use and very pleased with it.

Stingy with ink

I have been using this type printer for about 8 years, I also have a HP Envy 4500, and I have had a Bubble Jet printer, of the 3 different printers, the HP Photosmart D110a All-in-one printer has been the most economical on ink and the print quality is fantastic. This is the second printer of this type because after 8 years things tend to wear out but I am very satisfied with the performance of the coping, scanning, and printing of this printer and that's why I got another one. I just hope it lasts as long as the other one did.Lire l'avis complet...
