A real deal

When I opened the package, there was a broken feed plate and no cords. I had cords from a previous printer so hooked this printer up. At first it would not feed, and I got the message to 'load paper,' even though the paper had been loaded I played around with the printer and after a couple hours got it to work and it's doing a good job now.

Because there was so much trouble getting the printer to work, I gave the sender a nasty review, but I regret that now.
