This is a Hi Quality profesonal printer at a reasonable price. I love it

There was shipping problem. This printer was shipped in its original box and some were this shipping container that went through water exposing contents (the box and the printer) Shipped by USPS. I thought the printer was had". I took it apart and set it on a heater duct over night to dry it out. The next day’ I put it back together and program was installed in my computer. After all the steps were done I plug it in & tried it out to see what would happen. I was surprised this printer work perfectly as it was suppose to. I tried out a double sided pamphlet to see what duplex printing was? It worked grate and everything else also work. Its fast, the printing is sharp and clear easy to read. The Photo printing also works’ it produced a sharp, clear picture. After all” the thing this printer went through it's amazing that it evens works. I really like it. The only thing is the printer Ink is the price’, it’s a little Hi.' I have printed 350 full page letters and the Ink indicator still show full. If it prints out the 2500 pages in black it’s worth the price of the ink. I have had other printers but! But I like HP printers I never got a bad one yet. And I love this one (HP 8100). Best Printer I've ever used!

Excellent product to replace another of the same make and model which lasted 6 years. Finally played out on me and luck fell into my lap in finding this brand new one. The print quality is great. Great printer at a great price

I have an 8600 so knew what to expect with the 8100. First, the software worked fine; that is not always the case with HP. HP has come a long way in the last few years. The printer is fast and the paper handleing is flawless. The quality of the print is very good and the ink is affordable. What else do you want? Note: I used the newest software from the HP support site instead of the disc that came with the printer. I also updated the firmware which is not very hard to do.Lire l'avis complet...

I am impressed with this printer because it is a quality printer that has network, wireless, e printer , and color printing features that cover all my printing choices.

Works great and is wireless which is a great application.The reason I bought it is because my Canon MP 960 went on the blink. One of my brother's surf friends recommended it.
One thing though, is when you go to Print, it just gives the SAVE option or CANCEL option. Where is the PRINT option? I have to use the (Ctrl + Shift + P) option to get the print box up, instead of a LINK. That's my only grudge so far with it. Seems to be the latest technology buzz.Lire l'avis complet...

I had an 8100 that broke. Bought this so I could use $300 worth of cartridges. It’s my everyday printer so I’m not using my laser everyday. Thanks to buyer for including cartridges. The black one was new so that was at least $40 and you can’t buy an 8100 anymore Lire l'avis complet...
