It makes my computer work again, without a whole lot of work.
The new power supply is 300w, rather than the 220w original. Which I guess is good. Also, it fit perfectly; a drop-in replacement. It was easy to install. On the downside, it is noisier than the original.Lire l'avis complet...

Good value for money. Get's the job done.
The OEM unit that failed is much heavier indicating a better transformer and overall more robust build even though it is rated 220W and this is rated 300w. That being said it is a 12 year old core 2 duo machine and this fit right in and is running just fine for 40% less. I don't anticipate running it another 12 years :).Lire l'avis complet...

Works out of box
435 watt ps was installed and works, Burned in over 72 hours still good. Installed in Vostro 400, 8Gig RAM, Core 2 Quad, bumped to 1333 FSB @ 3g. Windows 10 Pro works fast on Spinner Drive w/Boot to sign-in, 15~20 seconds. Next is an SSD upgrade to get it to turn-on to sign-in speed. 0~8seconds.Lire l'avis complet...

Exact Fit Plus
It fits exactly and has more power and extra SATA power connectors which the original did not so I could plug in an SSD to the extra SATA ports on the motherboard and leave the original HD in place.
