Possible Old Cartridges
Cartridges were old - dated 2010/05/23. Color (HP22) only printed blue streaks - black (HP21) was OK but not great. After completing all the troubleshooting with no improved results, I replaced both with remanufactured cartridges with a current date and everything prints great now. The product may be "Original HP" they are repackaged and if you are willing to take a chance on the time it may take to troubleshoot or replace, they might be of value to you for the cost.Lire l'avis complet...

A Good Combo

Dried Up Ink Cartridges
Ink all dried up. Nothing prints out after putting in Ink cartridges to the printer. Would request for replacement or refund if available.

Only half worked
The color ink cartridge was great! However, the black one would never work with the printer. It came with ink out of it when I opened the bag.
