Awesome cleaner

This metal cleaner is a medium evap cleaner. Some cleaners evaporate slowly, allowing a lot of time to scrub, and often leave a film. Some cleaners evap quickly providing a dry surface in seconds. This cleaner provides the best of both the other options; it cleans without leaving a film and remains in liquid form long enough to scrub with a good rag or carbon scraper before it dries. For example: On removing an engine head from it's block, you discover carbon and burnt gasket areas to clean; but, you have to be careful not to warp or scratch the gasket surfaces. I begin with a long lasting carb cleaner and wipe away the easy stuff, then soak in Berkebile Gum Cutter and run the carb scraper over the surface without down pressure, then soak again in BGC and scrub with aggressive rag and effort. Best carb, PCV, throttle body, cleaner on the market. So good I'm surprised it has not been banned. Been using it for years.

carb cleaner

emptied this spray can product into sauce pan and set carb. in to soak for 25 hours. Went out next day to turn over to soak other side but cleaner had all evaporated. Installed as is and engine started and ran, all was good --no more problem..Lire l'avis complet...
