I received the product very quickly. Since I've had mumio/shilajit years before this looked the same. The consistency is more fluid (like molasses) vs the remnant of another brand I still have that is more solid. I am comparing them. So far ok, however I seem to cough with this brand. This could replace your morning coffee!
I researched this resin online and found it to be of great quality and have sufficient testing. Also add that it's great value for the price.
Smells like burnt rubber, but once dissolved (pea sized drop) in hot water (not boiling), it's more like weak coffee. This is my breakfast replacement as well. It helps to curb my appetite well into a late lunch-early dinner, when I take it again after a meal. A week after, I've noticed a better change in mood. I'm more motivated to do tasks, like clean and I feel like I can squat and bend without pain and have energy when I demand it without the crash.

Use with caution, don't overdose. Any sign of foot pain, discontinue use.
A measuring device needs to be included. Five month supply ran out in about three months.
About the time it ran out, both feet and ankles began to hurt very badly. Bones and joints began popping and cracking with severe pain. Almost to the point of needing a walker.
Research revealed Gout as being a possible side effect. In my case it was severe.

Super quality!
I'm really excited about this Sayan Altai mountains shilajit. It seems as good as the best Himalayan shilajit I've ever had (I've been using shilajit for over 20 years ). I love how thick and concentrated it is. I dig the end of my spoon into the jar and twirl a pea sized ball of it on the spoon and the pop it in my mouth and sucks on it until it disolves. not a good choice for shilajit, hard to get out of container. like a rock.have used other brands that were much easier. was told to add water, just floated on top.

Top of the shelf highest quality shilajit, can't beat the price
I've been a shilajit junkie for years, using shilajit from different regions of the world, mostly Himalayan; this one from Altay measures to the tippety-top by the effects, and the taste.
And especially the price: you get whole 100g of the product, for that little of a price - no other brand or region comes any close to this value.
And the effect: I feel quite noticeable kick in a matter of minutes, vs days that most other brands take.

Good stuff!
So far after trying this a few times it seems like very good quality shilajit. I like the thicker stuff, as this was, as it seems stronger though it's not as easily handled. Notices quite a perk in energy. Fingernails started growing faster after a couple days. Seems like good stuff and price is right. Would need to take it longer to know for sure its good quality, but as it is now I highly recommend it. If i do notice any issues I will try to update this review, but so far, i recommend this and would say it's so e of the best I have had and I've tried a number of kinds.Lire l'avis complet...

Amazing Supplement
I have used this supplement 4 times and after each use I always feel a little bit better, whether it gives me more energy, boosts mood, or allows me to focus better on work. Shilajit is extremely effective to take during intermittent fasting, ketogenic dieting and extended fasting/snake dieting by giving the body everything it needs with the fewest amount of calories. Highly recommended! Ps, it tastes horrible so be brave; either wipe the serving size amount around your gums and drink water as needed or mix with water and chug/shot it.
