Gone With The Wind

I bought this tape to view after reading the book (also bought on eBay). I'm 50 years late reading the book but it is the best written book I have ever read, delightfully descriptive, and the movie is so like the novel. I had seen the movie many years ago but didn't remember much of it. Loved all the characters. I am now hooked on the Civil War era and am back on eBay looking for related items where I won the Ken Burns Civil War tapes that were on the history channel. Fantastic. Since I am disabled and don't get out much eBay is my favorite store and I have quite a library to share with others in the high rise I live in. This is a very timeless film. When you watch it is hard to believe that
this was made before WWII. I wish more movies today were made as well as
this.
I recommend this film for other adults and children. This is something of

Have not seen this movie in years and I found it very entertaining. It is interesting how much movie making has changed.

This was purchased as a gift, so I cannot comment. BUT, I haven't heard any disparaging remarks from the reciepient. Sure, I'd do it again.

I bought this for my wife. Her mother kept telling her she should have seen it. Found on eBay and bought it for her Birthday. Excellent shape. Have not watched it yet. Just like new.
