This is my go to cookbook for gluten free foods in our house. Gives instructions for making your own baking mixes to have on hand that makes the recipes quick and easy and saves you sooooo much money when compared to buying mixes. The majority of these recipes I serve to my family and guests, who can have gluten, and they love them and don't even realize there is no wheat in them. The cake recipes are so so, I have better luck with commercial mixes, but the rest are absolutely fabulous!! Gluten-free Baking Classics by Annalise G.Roberts

This is the best gluten free baking book that I have found. I recommend it to anyone on this diet. My grand daughter is not only gluten intolerant, but she is also allergic to rice. The French bread recipe is wonderful, and doesn't use rice flour. Many of these recipes I have served and no one knows they are gluten free. What a Godsend!! Thank you Annalise Roberts for this wonderful book. Your brilliant gluten free flour combinations to create my favorite baked goods is amazing. I have tossed out some gluten free cakes and breads that I made and bought. Just because they are gluten free doesn't mean they will taste good. My mouth waters just looking at the cover pic. A great basic gluten-free baking book!
