Not for bruxism
I bought it because of my problem with bruxism and it didn't help. This is not for this kind of cases. Material is ok and maybe it would help in a boxing match. It provoked lot of jaw pain in the morning, especially teeth pain so I gave up after couple of nights. It felt like my lower jaw and teeth will get displaced if I continue using it. Pretty good
Overall this worked pretty good but beware its the top and bottom teeth together in one unit so its quite a mouthful when its in. I don't mind because protecting my teeth is very important to me and the custom made teethguards are very expensive. It did not stop my girlfriend's snoring though.Lire l'avis complet...
