Excellent cookbook for the novice G. Foreman grill chef

This was a great buy for someone like me who knew little about G. Foreman grills. My grill has no temperature sensor, so the book's guidelines on cooking times and care of the grill, etc. were extremely beneficial. My mom wanted a George Foreman Grill. Found it at 2nd hand store without cookbook so this was a great deal since my mom was very happy!

Makes for a quick, healthy meal that can be accomplished INDOORS or OUTSIDE. I loved this cookbook.So many great ideas to use along with the George Foreman Grill. It is a present for the holidays and has so many great ideas in it. Very easy to use and some very tasty ideas.
