Misleading picture
The size of this filter cartridge fits my tractor perfectly. However, the picture is misleading: there is no metal cage covering the cartridge as the picture suggested. My original filter cartridge has the metal cage. I don't know if the lack of this metal cage would lessen the filter's effectiveness or it merely provides firm support for the filter. NOT A GOOD ENGINE THE 21 HP.
This is my 3rd Briggs motor in the last 6 years and I find that these hove only lasted around 3 years then started smoking not to fond of these engines. I will have to buy a new mower or motor next year.Lire l'avis complet...

For the price this filter is of surprising quality. It fitted on my mower motor as well as the branded part and I have no issues with it at all. Nice bargain filter.

Briggs and Stratton air filter with pre-cleaner
Filter is identical to OEM filter and comes with the pre-cleaner, but at a lower price then home depot or other retailers. I recommend it.
