I would not rely on this camera to be waterproof. Consider something else.

I ordered a pack of 5 for use on my first Caribbean cruise to use snorkeling. 1 of the 5 had water condensation already inside the "waterproof" case on arrival of my order. The seller credited my account immediately for that camera. I was hesitant about the other 4 after seeing that but figured I'd give them a try anyway. Well, I used 3 of the remaining 4 cameras at no more than 3 or 4 feet below the water surface (they are supposed to be waterproof to about 30 feet). 2 of the 3 that I used had water leak into the case. I took the cameras to have the film developed anyway and was told that they may not be able to develop the cameras that leaked but would try. The photos came out but were clearly distorted and had "spots" and "streaks" in the photos. The cameras were new and had a 2013 expiration date on them so the film was good. I was disappointed but the pictures that I got were better than none at all. One other thing, the cameras I received had instructions in another language (Japanese I would guess). No big deal since they are simple to use but it makes me wonder if the cameras that I got were seconds or from a defective batch. I did also take some photos that were not under water and those came out pretty good. Bottom line here is, I will consider a different option the next time. I'm not especially happy about the purchase. I appreciate the opportunity to give feedback on the product since at the time of purchase, I had obviously not used the cameras.Lire l'avis complet...

DON'T BUY if you want to see your pics when developed!!

I purchased various of these cameras. I sent one with my sone to Havasupai Falls in the Grand Canyon. To my suprise it leaked; therefore, ruined all photos taken with it. I also sent one with my daughter to Pantanal, Brazil. She went snorkeling and was in very shallow waters. She took all the photos. Only when she left there she sent the photos to be developed and they turned out ALL BLACK!!!Luckly she rented a professional camera too and didn't loose all her photos. A once-in-a-lifetime experience recorded NO THANKS TO FUJI!!!!

Snorkeling memories

Used this type before. Pics are okay for albums of snorkeling vacations. Reasonable price. Can't get hurt.

Overall good value for the money. Very waterproof. pictures OK.

Took Scuba Diving with me. Dive depth 45ft. Camera worked fine, no leaks etc. The picture quality was OK, however the under water pictures were very dark. We were in the virgin islands so the water was quite clear, but i guess it's to be expected with a $10 disopsible camera. Overall good value for the money. In a lousy condiction

Today I receive my disposable camera, it was all beaten up, & I don't even know if they had been dropped or ruin the film inside and wasn't mailed in bubble wrap to protect the camera it was in plastic bag. I was upset to find out that I had wasted money to a lousy seller.Lire l'avis complet...

Not underwater camera, More like Splash ok camera

I bought this to use on my Honeymoon. Its fine for in the pool if youre taking pictures on top of the water. We also went snorkling and I took several pictures a foot or two underwater (it says you can go take pictures up to 3 ft down) and not one picture came out ok. They all came out black. Maybe a better flash on the camera would help or a sunnier day but I would not use this product if you plan on taking underwater pictures.. my guess is you'll be dissatisfied with the outcome.Lire l'avis complet...

Nice camera for any type of basic water sports.Have always to explain customers how to use it. We have had some experience with customers that have tuen the dial the wrong way damaging the camera.

Works great!

We brought 4 of these exact cameras to Mexico with us and only used 2 of them. The underwater photos we took snorkeling turned out great! The other 2 Fuji cameras we just used this past summer and even though they had officially "expired" they worked super, too. WaterProof Camera

Cost less that buying at a retail outlet. Have used one before and liked the quality of the photos taken. Always use one when going on any vacation where I will be snorkeling.

Works!

Used whilst snorkeling, no focusing just point n shoot. Would be hard to use any other way while wearing goggles.
