Shiny not dull finish as pictured

Filter worked and fit fine. However, picture shows a dull-matte finish which I purposely sought out because I wanted to paint it. When it arrived it was a shiny stainless steel/chrome-like finish like a dozen others on the market (some for less $). As I feared, paint wants to flake off of this finish.Lire l'avis complet...
